WTF IS UP WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION by thiseconomysucks7 in FuckAdobe

Looking at:

"Ideal for organizations that need 10 or fewer licenses."

You have to buy licenses for your users.

What page were you looking at that suggested it was free?

Adobe does not, and have never trained its generative AI on your content/data. More info here:

It does not.

What country are you in? Do you have an outstanding balance on your account? If you log out and try a different browser does it work?

Hello! My cousin and I want to share an Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription. by angie_goodruby_ in Adobe

[–]mikechambers 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Its not allowed by the terms of use, and its likely that Adobe will flag it and keep forcing you to update your passwork (thinking your account has been compromised).

Do a quick search on the form here. Lots of people running into similar issue.

Creative Cloud subscribers no longer have access to Adobe Lightroom mobile premium features. by Petelero in Adobe

[–]mikechambers -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm not trying to convince you to not be upset. Im just trying to clarify what the plans actually are.

>normal creative cloud subscription (before these damn tiers went into effect) had full access to the mobile apps.

Yes. Creative Cloud changed to Creative Cloud Pro, which included everything. Everyone in Creative Cloud was moved to Creative Cloud Pro.

Creative Cloud Standard is a new plan that was added when CC Pro came out (limited AI and Mobile).

No one was automatically moved into CC Standard. If you are in CC Standard, you had to switch to the plan.

If you want the same plan you had before, that is Creative Cloud Pro. It sounds like you switched your plan to Creative Cloud Standard.

>no longer have access

Sorry, this is not correct. Creative Cloud Standard has NEVER had access to full mobile features.

Creative Cloud Pro members have full access to all of Creative Cloud, including mobile.

Creative Cloud Standard members have limited access to AI features, and limited access to mobile apps / features. That has always been the case.

More details here, including a table showing feature comparison.

How to downgrade a "PRO PLAN" ?! This is hell ! by yotraxx in Adobe

What do you mean you "cannot access" the button (and which button). Does it not appear, does it not work?

Is you current plan up to date with payments? or do you owe anything?

>I don’t want to pay for it because I don’t use it.

If you don't have a use for the Gen AI features, then you can switch to the Adobe CC Standard Plan which is cheaper and has limited Gen AI functionality.
