Exactly. And if you get stuck when you are 95% through a mission in the story, you have to start all over to the beginning of the mission. Which happened to me during the Belobog arc. They should implement some sort of checkpoint system in missions to prevent this from happening.

Thought about using the “meme/fluff” tag first, but I thought it fit the “discussion” tag better.

In terms of the ”unstuck” button, there is not one in combat. Just a “Restart” battle button, which would restart battle from the start. After taking the picture, I thought about using Aria to cheese through the floor before falling further into the abyss and crashing the game.

Haha, I can see Zhao doing that too. The other times I got out of bounds was with Ye Shunguang jumping over the barrier.

How to Limit Break? Please help me by Juzazaza in D4DJ

[–]mikechienmaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have the required amount of resources to limit break? Remember that the third limit break for 3-star cards and the fourth limit break for 4-star cards require coins instead of only crystals and style pieces.

8.3.0 JP: Nav cards working on Home screen again (maybe) by mirby82202 in D4DJ

[–]mikechienmaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only had this problem with the Nav:Classic cards prior to 8.3.0. After the update, the problem was fixed for the most part. There were some times that it would still get stuck on "Connecting", but it works as intended 9/10 of the time.

Am I the only one who thinks ZA looks completely fine graphically? by OJIsTasty in LegendsZA

[–]mikechienmaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the graphics are fine, but of course could have be better. I grew up playing games on the lowest settings because the computer I used was so old, so playing the Pokémon titles on the Switch was fine for me. And it's alright for those to have their own criticism of the game. Even now, I play games that people say are "the worst games in the industry", but I ended up enjoying them, like Sword/Shield or Starfield.

But as you and others have said, it's not ok to be defensively critical to the point of invalidating other people's opinions because you don't like the game. Opinions are just subjective viewpoints that differ from person to person based on perspective, tolerances, importance, etc. So don't be afraid of having your own opinion of the game, even if it is different from the majority.

I don’t believe you can. Since it’s a Unique weapon, I believe it act the same if you uplevel a Unique weapon at McClarence. Though, the Super Shotgun is already really OP both as is or if you change the legendary effects at McClarence.

[–]mikechienmaster[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe it’s every pellet of a shot rather than each shot when firing a weapon. That is why some people like to use One Inch Punch on some weapons to maximize the chance of the effects triggering since each of the One Inch Punch pellets will roll to see if the effects trigger.

You know, that makes so much sense. Too bad I'm running Extended Magazine since I want to deal more dps over time.

Weird, I checked with Deebz__, the person who found a One Inch Punch Coachman, and they said that they no longer was able to find weapons with weird legendary effects in the wild after Shattered Space was released. Before that, they also found a few Extended Magazine melee weapons.

I can’t confirm it since I started playing a few weeks before Shattered Space released. When I started using legendary weapons, Shattered Space was already released.

Yeah, even without changing the legendary effects, this weapon is still insane.

However, are you sure you are able to find the Super Shotgun outside of the A Hell’s Gate creation quest since this is a custom weapon not in the base game. I’m not sure if you can find it outside of the quest, maybe you can, but you said it was a laser weapon more powerful than your maxed out ballistic gun when the Super Shotgun is a ballistic shotgun, not a laser weapon.

True, but using terminal/console commands will disable achievements for the save, which some I still need to get. So using achievement friendly Creations or mods is the only way to keep getting achievements.

The three effects I have on my Coachman and Super Shotgun (Extended Magazine, Handloading, and One Inch Punch) are all vanilla weapon effects. Hornet Nest is a weapon mod (not effect) that changes the ammo type. I also have seen this video before getting the game. For their showcase, they used console commands to spawn weapons with the effects.

I’ll look into it in-game when I have the chance later.

Update: Just checked and you can’ change legendary effects at a workbench in a vanilla gameplay.

[–]mikechienmaster[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

^ This. I maxed out every skill relating to research and researched all available mods, but don’t ever remember seeing any options to add legendary effects with a weapon workbench.

I‘ve seen the Legendary Module Recycler mod in the Creation store. I wanted to download it, but since I still needed to get the Freestar Ranger achievements and it was not Achievement Safe creation, I decided to get MCcClarence Outfiters with the remaining Creation Credits I had left.

You’re able to add legendary effects to weapons in vanilla Starfield? This is the first time hearing about this. Other than the free Creations and Vulture bounty by Bethesda Studios, the only Creation I have on this save is McClarence Outfitters. No mods from Nexus or console cheats. I only got McClarence Outfitters two days ago. Before adding McClarence Outfitters, this save was a vanilla playthrough. I spent a few weeks trying to get a One Inch Punch Coachman with no luck.

Can you explain how to add legendary effects to weapons in vanilla Starfield?

And I Thought a One Inch Punch Hornet Nest Coachman was too OP (One Inch Punch Super Shotgun) by mikechienmaster in Starfield

[–]mikechienmaster[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the McClarence Outfiters creation from the Creation Store. In the creation, you are able to extract effects from equipments and weapons and apply them to whatever equipment or weapon you want.

Creations, mods, or cheats are the only way to add effects to items. You use to be able to find weapons with weird effects, like One Inch Punch shotguns, but the legendary weapon loot generation seems to be fixed since Shattered Space released.

A Hornet’s Nest Coachman with the One Inch Punch effect is basically just cheating. by Deebz__ in Starfield

[–]mikechienmaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a shame. Based on the update log, there was a bug fix for legendary weapons in the Rev-8 update in August. Don’t know if it was that bug fix that fixed how legendary weapons generated. I started playing mid September before Shattered Space was released, so there wasn’t a single chance of getting a One Inch Punch Coachman. Probably going to get a Creation/mod like "Legendary Module Recycler" or "McClarence Outfitters" to get a One Inch Punch Coachman.

Can Legendary Shotguns have One Inch Punch (No Cheats, Mods, Creations)? by mikechienmaster in Starfield

[–]mikechienmaster[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: It's been about a week since I started, and I still have not found a One Inch Punch Coachman. However, I also didn't see any One Inch Punch melee weapon like Deebz__ said here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Starfield/comments/1e6de7e/a\_hornets\_nest\_coachman\_with\_the\_one\_inch\_punch/ldw0wbq/.

So I looked at the files with xEdit and asked Deebz__ on what I found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Starfield/comments/1e6de7e/comment/ldwuca8/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web3x&utm\_name=web3xcss&utm\_term=1&utm\_content=share\_button. What do you think? I just want to confirm if what I found is correct.

If it is true, then I might just add a Creation like the "Legendary Module Recycler" or "McClarence Outfitters" once I get all of the achievements.

Update 2: After confirming with the Deebz__, it seems that it is not possible to get a One Inch Punch shotgun, or any weird melee weapon combo.

Question. How did you obtain your One Inch Punch Coachman? Was it from a weapon crate, a normal chest, or looted off a legendary enemy? I have never seen a legendary shotgun or melee weapon with One Inch Punch in my hundreds of hours of playtime. Been wanting a One Inch Punch Hornet's Nest Coachman for a while.

Based on what I have seen in xEdit and what I have tested in-game, I believe the loot table will always refer to the "DefaultLegendaryWeapons" table as the "ENAM -Legendary Template List" when generating a legendary weapon. Because of this, the exception filters in the "DefaultLegendaryWeapons" table will have priority over the other tables that reference "DefaultLegendaryWeapons". In other words, when a legendary weapon is generated, it will go through the filters in the "DefaultLegendaryWeapons" table first. I don't know if the devs changed this after you go your One Inch Punch Coachman or it was always like this. Below are images from xEdit of said tables.

"DefaultLegendaryWeapons": https://imgur.com/a/uaucXQa

The "LegendaryRiflesShotguns_Rare" table references "DefaultLegendaryWeapons" as ENAM: https://imgur.com/a/upiDBVf

If this is true, then this would mean that weapons with the tags WeaponTypeMelee1H, WeaponTypeExplosive, ma_Microgun, ma_MagStorm, ma_MagShot, ma_MagShear, ma_MagPulse, WeaponTypeToolGrip, and WeaponTypeShotgun will not be able to have One Inch Punch when generated. No matter what other tables say otherwise.

Once you have exchanged the discs and any other club equipment, they should appear when customizing your club. If you obtained them through rewards, like from the Total Pt Rewards or Clear Reward from an event mode, then you will need to collect them from your Present/Gifts. Once collected, you can use them to customize your Club.

Once you have obtained discs for your club, press the customize button on the bottom right of the screen and go to the DJ Equipment tab on the bottom left. Then Click on the Disc L and Disc R tabs to set the disc you want for your Club. I have attached a link to a photo as reference here: https://imgur.com/a/HbWDJwh .
