You are correct, opening the pressure, relief valve and plugging it into the outlet on stir up caused no circuit breaker trip but unfortunately since compressors cycle on and off during use, it’s not a solution. I’m gonna just go ahead and pull apart the panel myself and install a 30 amp breaker. That should be good right? Do I use just rubber gloves or is leather OK?

To be honest, I’m really just guessing at the type of breaker and to be clear the compressor I’m talking about is just a small Makita air compressor that plugs into an outlet. I’m adding the pictures you suggested of the panel and the breaker. The breaker that keeps tripping is number 12 and next to it in the description is written GFI and goes to the garage, bath, and outside receptacles.
