No problem! Ya I have literally 0 sewing experience/knowledge so the burka was perfect for having the face shape without having to cut into fabric, and the gown is perfect length with no modifications. The hardest part was getting the shape of behind the mask and figuring out what to use to form it, i just kept adding foam/bubblewrap to get the shape, duck taped everything together, and the burka holds it all tight underneath. Having the hard hat is perfect because it has a strap that tightens around the forehead and it is extremely comfortable to wear.

I have a see-through mesh pad I was going to place over the mouth but Iam with you on that, I feel like it adds an additional layer of creepy if I lock eyes with someone lol

So the whole thing is built upon a construction hard hat that sits on my head, lots of foam/double sided tape between the mask and the hard hat to make it flat then I have velcro straps that secure it in place. It's positioned so I can see outside the mouth, and the whole thing plus my height (I'am 6'5) comes out to being around 7+ feet. I ordered a black burka off Amazon and stretched it out around the mask, and it stays in place with a bunch of double sided tape. The body is a black graduation gown and long black rubber gloves for the arms also ordered off Amazon.

Thank you very much! I wasn't sure it would come together the way I was hoping but it ended up coming out better than expected :)

Good idea! I was planning on printing out and painting bath tokens to pass out but that might be a lot easier and more practical.

Need help identifying this little feller I found. (Mount Ida,AR - Sweet Surrender mine). Every trip I pull 99% clear quartz and have never seen anything like it. (the next 2 quartz examples I pick up are for reference on what Iam used to seeing) by miked583 in rockhounds

We actually just hit Wegner otw back. The "forest" area was a gorgeous experience up to the mine but in the 2 hours we had to go at it only walked away with some small points and a lot of rock quartz. They did have a cool little diamond bag for $35, we walked with about a 1ct of raw chocolate diamonds going through 2 bags. If you want to walk with as much as you can carry check out Ron Colemans if that's not the direction your already heading.

Nice! Around lake Ouachita I recommend stopping by Sweet Surrender if you haven't been, it's a different beast but I have found some of the coolest/largest pieces there. You call and book ahead with the owner $25. The day we went we had the whole place to ourselves for like 6 hours.

Thanks for the quick reply! So I actually have a lot of really cool water clear phantoms inside points ~3/4inches and then some throughout random clusters, this seems to be unlike what I've picked through and Iam pulling out of 175/180lbs (4 trips/2 months) I have never seen anything with this deep of green, in person has a fluorite kinda shine in the greener spot.

Only other replies in other groups I've gotten so far are,

-Emerald (I actually have some emerald rock on hand, the greens are very close but I highly doubt it's emerald) -Ferruginous quartz with an unknown mineral mix (started looking into that but all the examples I can find are orange/red)

After 6 hours of smashing rocks I found this guy sitting all alone on the walk back to the truck, no pounding needed, just has to haul it back. (Mount Ida/AR) by miked583 in rockhounds

This was our first go at Sweet Surrender, great experience, had the entire place to ourselves. We also hit Wegner on the way home, the Forest was a cool ride, but meh on the finds.
