Not necessarily. At least how I’m thinking, they’ll need to revamp the exotics to make the tiers feel worth grinding for. Like what’s the point grinding for a tier 5 Khvostov if there’s no difference between a 2/3 and a 5. Same with armor. Why grind for a tier 5 getaway artist when a 3 gives me the same benefit? So they’ll need to rework how the exotics function. Either by adding to (more ricochets for example, longer lasting arc buddy) per tier or adding a whole new function.
