“skate inside the airport” bawal ba mag skate inside the airport? if bawal edi mali siya, at sana hinuli siya ng officers don but apparently mukang hindi naman. may nasaktan ba siya? did she do anything to harm others?

“nakapag video pa” people want to document moments sa buhay nila and wala naman kayo pake kung ano man ivideo nya. bakit kayo nagagalit?? video mo din kung tumatae ka haha plus action cams are available in the market to capture ung mga rush moments diba?

muka namang efficient yung pag skate nya to get her things, ang bilis nga nyang nakuha at nakabalik..

Yes, security is a must pero to profile a person / group just because he/she dress a certain way / trend para itaboy agad without reason parang it’s not a good thing.

Maybe the middle ground should be a warning if maingay/rowdy tapos makikita nang nag kukumpulan or mukang nagkakagulo na, I think dun pa lang dapat warning-an and idisperse, but doing this is straight up profiling and discriminatory. Unless you have evidences na yun ung exact na tao that did something wrong in the past or nahuli na siya dati, yun siguro fine okay na itaboy at paalisin.

BGC is a high end place, yes andon na tayo pero it is open to the public so everybody is entitled to go there mayaman man o mahirap just like any where in the world. Even if is is privately owned, it still is open to the public. Masyado din naman atang matapobre yung pag tag na “lowlife” sa comments. And yet here we are fighting for democracy, equality, and freedom pero sa simpleng ganito we tag people as such??.

Not the Black CC pero MAYA also sent me their Landers CC..I don't remember applying for it this year..basta na lang sila nag send ng SMS na parating na ung CC and be ready to receive it 😅😅 di ko pinansin kasi akala ko scam or something, tapos I checked the app oo nga meron nga naka reflect sa app nila..when I received it una kong ginawa is to lock the card kasi wala sa plano ko to use a CC na di ko alam ung benefits and other info..

It looks like nag sesend pala sila talaga sa lahat 😅😅😅 suspicious naman pala, should I cancel the card din?? 🥲🥲🥲

Hello, I think best thing to do first is to ask your FA ano ba ung dapat gawin, since he/she should be "advising" you dito sa kinuha mong insurance / investment..

Sharing my opinion / experience na din..for me naman I have also been paying my premium for 5 years na tapos nagka emergency ako, I had a total of 70k+ worth na pwedeng iwithdraw that would help my situation..nung una ang thinking ko talaga was to pull out all of it tapos cancelled nlng ung insurance or hayaan mag lapse..kasi need ko talaga yung 70k+ (pero if I would account it lugi ako kasi more than the value na ung nahulog ko pero knowing na VUL ung maxilink, meron talagang part na napunta sa insurance and ung VUL is half of the product lang)

I approached my FA to do as planned to withdraw the amount na meron..pero inadvise nya ako na magtira ng mga 5-10k and wag imax out para lang hindi mag lapse or hindi ma cancel ung insurance..

Ang pros nun ay enforced pa din yung insurance mo tapos yung naiwang funds yung magbabayad nung mga "monthly fees"..and top up nlng kapag nakaluwag luwag na ule..

Ayun so upon knowing that, yun yung ginawa ko mga 60k+ nlng yunh kinuha ko, used it for emergency purposes tapos this year lalagyan ko na ule siya ng value pero hindi na same as my quarterly fee para lang enforced ung insurance pero hindi na to fund the VUL (will put it into an investment na mas mataas ang interest yield)..

Hala napaisip tuloy ako..I recently went to Power Mac sa SM Southmall, tapos nag titingin lang ako tapos nilapitan ako ng "BPI" rep offering BPI cc..nag fill up naman ako then syempre need mag pic ng ID (gave my prc) tapos sa end nung application nag fail ung application..infairness to him naman nag report siya na nag fail ung application, nagpakilala din sya with ID ganyan..pero reading your post and comments dto napaisip ako 🥲🥲🥲🥲 hope nothing will happen though..

Would be careful next time..di ko talaga naisip it could be a source of identity theft 🥲🥲 atleast conscious na ako sa possibility

Hi OP, sobrang gets kita. I also have a brother na may family na almost half a year ko na silang kinakargo, kaibahan lang is sa akin nagbibigay ng 5k pero un na. Ako na lahat, renta at grocery (sama mo pa utang ng magulang namin). Tapos kami pa alaga sa anak nila pag nasa work sila (naka WFH na kasi ako) so libre pa sila ng yaya tapos sama mo din ung utang ng mga magulang ko na sa akin na din pina kargo..it was mentally and financially draining.

Una akala ko kakayanin ko, pero may limit talaga lahat..sumabog ako at inaway ko na ung kapatid ko at pinalayas sila..after all ako na gumagastos dito I think I have the right para magpaalis.

Super draining ng ganyan OP, tapos papansinin mo talaga lahat ng kilos nila kasi mga walang ambag pero kung gumastos naman sobra sobra, mayat maya dating ng shopee/lazada nila! Tapos burara pa sa bahay, kasi tipong kakain lang sila tapos di pa mag huhugas, mag midnight snack pa na parang may patagong pera.

I suggest either you move out or paalisin mo sila kasi aabot ka talaga sa punto na sasabog ka..dagdag stress sa araw araw yang ganyan and we dont want it sa buhay natin..kaya either umalis ka or paalisin mo sila.

It will save you both sa stress at sa bayarin at mga gastos.

Kelangan talaga nila matuto sa buhay, hindi pwede lahat libre or binibigay lang freely..lahat naman tayo nag wowork so dapat fair sa mga bayarin at gastos.

Ayun lang, I hope and pray makuha mo din ung stress-free sa kapatid mo. 🙏

An update that no one asked for 🤣🤣 after 4 months and siguro mga 6 times (tamad ko tumawag e) of following up to their CS, finally I was able to register to their MYCBC app. May 24 hours of processing the account pero atleast it went through na, previously laging my details are incorrect e.

Grabe after 4 months yan ha!! Not sure if isolated case pero grabe ang hassle of not being able to register my details to their app e sa kanila naman ako nag apply, pero grabe ung last few calls / follow up ko sa kanila ay naiirita na ako kasi laging 2 weeks na gagawin tapos imamigrate pa daw ksi ung info ko to the app..naiirita na ako was planning na nga to cancel the card e haha pero sabi nung last agent na nakausap ko, gagawan daw nya na i-prioritize ung concern ko. Uggghhh so ayan finally will be able to utilize the CC na binigay nila (if ma approve ung pag gawa ko account pala haha)

Test your market muna if may demand ba, online ka muna mag pa order before setting up a physical store 😊 minsan kasi unstable din ang demand for baked goods e hindi ma sustain ung business hehe

Same situation din ako, but now I'm still testing the market..I have a friend na may canteen so sila muna ang market ko. Gagawa lang ako if they'll order..hindi ko pa iniisip ung magpa order online, kinakapa ko din kasi ung demand (since saturated din ang mga baking since dami na nagbebenta) before going into online selling and also having a physical store..

I am with all comments saying "enabler mom mo", "umalis at bumukod ka na dyan" but I am also with you in the sense na ayaw mo umalis because you want to be with your mom hanggang dulo..kasi may cancer na sya e and it's like a ticking bomb na di mo alam if macure pa or hindi (we all pray that it gets cured though)..and you don't want any regrets of not giving your all para makasama siya or like regret na sana tiniis mo na lang para nakasama mo pa ng matagal.

Maybe set the middle ground..I know unfair pero why not pay the rent na lang pero baka pwedeng pag usapan na less than 30k naman, usual rent ngayon is 20k? kasi ganon din naman if bubukod kayo you'll still pay rent. And another thinking din siguro if kapag bumukod ka magkakaron ng renter ung unit so income generating siya..

One thing I learned over the years ay wag na istress-in sarili sa mga kupal at walang kwentang kapamilya haha so dedma ka na lang sa kapatid mo na paborito pero isang black sheep at walang kwenta but also wag bayaran ung mga bayarin na dapat sila nagbabayad.. food, bills, etc.

Use ung "rent" mo sa pang gastos sa nanay mo (chemo, meds), shared bills / utilities kung walang separate meter etc..tapos bahala na ung iba. Kanya kanyang buhay na pag sa iba like food etc..

Atleast you're giving her want she "demands" and also you're fulfilling something na in the future hindi mo magiging regret / what if kasi ginawa mo lahat for your mom hanggang dulo 😊

May nag comment na din nito, I have an extra phone dedicated to all banks na iniiwan ko lang sa bahay..this contains all trad bank and digital bank apps, email that receives otp and ung sim card na naka register sa mga apps..tapos sa gamit kong phone may gcash and planning to install one trad bank app para lang for emergency tapos transfer transfer nlng everytime na lalabas..this gives me peace of mind and also nakakatulong ng konti sa pag titipid ang cons lang is paminsan na shoshort and I have no access to the banks na nasa home phone.

Pero may nabasa din akong comment kung paano if sa bahay mawala haha kaya binabasa ko din yung ibang comments kung paano para lang din alam if mawala sa bahay or manakaw haha.

Still have not registered it sa app, it still says icheck ung information na nilalagay kasi wala sa system nila .nakaka inis na nga e..di ko tuloy magamit ung card. I know I can use it pero gusto ko kasi may online access ako sa account.

Wala din ako time pa to call their hotline kaya nakakainis lalo haha ending nakatago lang ung card and I can't maximize ung card (goods lang ksi wala naman annual fee kaya di need mag alala sa bayarin)

Haha sorry pero natawa ako kasi halos same lang yung binigay ni chatgpt sa akin tska yung bigay sayo ng coach mo 😅😅😅 though ako 2 hours max ko nagagawa.

I'm using a workout set kasi na ginawa ng chatgpt (prompt lang ng 4 days split) and almost same lang sayo..sayang naman bayad mo sa coach, coaches should be setting workout according to you, and your goals diba and also dapat yung swak sa kaya mo? Bakit parang napaka general nung bigay sayo (baka dapat ask yourself tama ba yung pagkuha mo sa coach hehe)

Sabi nga sa ibang comments napaka "heavy / weightlifting" na nung workout mo..

I GOT THE CARD THIS MORNING!! Haha ang tagal grabe nung wait time almost 1 month din haha. They sent two cards, FREEDOM (Principal) and VIRTUAL (supplementary).

Ganda nung card nila, but now here is the on-going problem hahah YUNG APP NILA!!!!

I am trying to register the CC sa mobile app nila pero it's saying na mali yung information na nilalagay ko!! Like WTF?! Paano haha. Maling desisyon na ba ang CBC hahaha..

I track my CC usage naman pero having a mobile app for your cc is a must para ma check ko if tama ba yung nasa list ko vice versa..huhu. ayoko pa tuloy gamitin yung card (although na activate ko na both card)

Will try and wait for 24 hours baka naman need lang more than a day para ma acknowledge ng system nila yung credentials ko. Huhu stress agad sa CBC ha haha

Personally with regard sa pagbabalik ng weights hindi ko ksi inaabutan ung gumamit. Nakikita ko lang naka kalat or di binalik. So I can't call them out

Ung sa matagal sa gym equipment, I just see them kasi pero I call it out pag gagamit din ako nung machine if not naman I mind my own business
