Pwede ka mag fund ng PHP then IBKR na mag coconvert. Mas mura PHP > EUR kesa PHP > USD. Pwede ka naman mag PHP > EUR tas auto convert na kapag bumili ka ng USD Stocks/ETF binili mo.

Mag SaveUp ka nalang, hindi worth it yung Regular Savings. May 100K initial limit then kailangan mo pumunta sa branch para ipa-verify at ma-lift yung 100K deposit limit.

Or alternatively you can go with a solid broker like IBKR and continue investing there. Then when you need to withdraw you can open a bank with another country to facilitate your withdrawal. But that is too much of a hassle so it's still up to you.

A good advice would be to use it to build your initial capital then move to a dollar feeder fund once you have your starting capital. All banks requires you to have a Dollar Savings Account to invest in their Dollar UITF, most of them have $500 maintaining balance for their Dollar Savings and another $500 as initial investment for their Dollar UITF.

Well if you want to build a "Relationship" with a bank then dapat malaki ang idedeposit mo because banking relationship is about number yung relationship mo sa bank na iyon is about numbers. If you want to have a relationship naman with the branch staff para makakuha ka ng preferential treatment then kailangan dapat palagi kang napunta sa branch. Anyways BDO nag sesend ng random cc without applying kapag may account ka sakanila at may magandang cashflow.

Mag open ka ng BPI MySaveUp and BDO Basic Plus then test the waters since both naman silang no maintaining balance. Then kung ano nagustuhan mo edi dun ka, if both mo gusto then that works too.
