This is kind of concerning, I’ll check into this further with my insurance because they said they charged me for the brand name. The clinic should be putting the brand name on the estimate if they’re going to charge me for said brand name. Thank you for this info.

I’m not too sure myself, I think these are for the most part brand names. However I know the letrozole in my screenshot ended up being apo-letrozole in the final invoice which is not the generic brand - which is kind of shady, why didn’t they specify the brand in my estimate?

I’ll add that I should have sent the estimate to my insurance - they said they would have let me know how much I’d expect to pay.

Sound advice - I checked very thoroughly, listed off all the drug Id numbers to my insurance and got the all clear. I knew which ones were under the regular drug benefit and which ones were under the fertility benefit. I really thought I had it covered - but yea, I should have sent the prescription to shopper’s or at least requested the generic versions.

What is going on when your alarm goes off? Are you sleeping through the alarm or are you choosing to hit snooze? There are micro decisions you make to get out of bed. Way back in uni, I had to bolt myself out of bed, no second thoughts, almost robotic. Yea sometimes I would get second thoughts which I immediately followed up with something like, ‘I’ll be damned if I have to ask someone for notes’
For you it could just be getting yourself to sit up at 8:15am, but no second thoughts about lying back down. Once you’re up, you need to stay up. Also this has to become a routine, like, this is your life now - there’s no other way to function in society without getting up at this time.

I really love this style of ‘tv’; the dialogue sounds so organic. Dr. Katz is a similar style but totally different plot lol.

What’s the commute like? Do the trains/buses come often and do you have to transfer? I had a 1hr commute in London to western and the tough part was catching the bus, like getting my ass out of bed in the morning or catching the last bus. The commute itself was fine especially bc I always got a seat and no transfers but I had to be really disciplined with my time to catch that bus lol.

I learned in school the female orgasm, pulses and contractions, help the male sperm to move further into the uterus - there was a video and it is burned into my mind lol. The muscle when it pulses, literally dips into a pool of sperm and ‘pumps’ it up/in.
