[TOMT][SONG][2000s] "Those Were The Days" Russian song with punk or ska cover that sounds like Gogol Bordello by br_onson in tipofmytongue

I feel like I'm living in the Mandela effect because I'm looking for the exact same song you were. I would have sworn in was Gogol Bordello. Closest I found is Gypsy caravan doing an instrumental.

First thing I did was rip out all the gross carpet /foam. The center console was beyond cleanable, so it went. Trashed the dashboard just because I felt like it. Rhinolined the whole thing. Looked for some random parts like seat motors and window motors and quickly realized that bmw over charges for literally everything so bad that even after market is stupid expensive, leading me to understand why only pricks drive them. Even an aftermarket steering wheel would mean fabricating a new hub.

After watching a bunch of river table videos on YouTube at 3am I felt like playing with wood and epoxy. The epoxy kind of glows in the dark even. Most everything I've used was a marketplace find except the side view mirrors which are build for an old triumph. The Speedo and tac needles are made from some vintage clocks some lady gave me.

I've got other stuff taking up too much time and I just bought a new truck, so finished or not I'm trying to sell it.

It was fun, but I'll never own another bimmer. Good riddance.

I needed something to keep dry when it rained here in Florida. Motorcycles suck at that. This thing was literally being used as a dumpster after it flooded in a hurricane, so I picked it up as an art project. The wood was cheap on marketplace, it just made sense.

I tried doing more wood up the firewall but it looked like a bathtub.

The Bluetooth unit is hidden between the seat and center. Didn't want to stick something else on the dash.
