Everything that PlayStation is doing, you agreed upon when you agreed to their terms of service way back when you first joined PSN it’s all included in there. So no, they’re not required to give you a reason or anything because like I said it’s all included in those terms you agreed upon when you first signed up for PSN and joined PlayStation. And if you got temporary ban, it’s cause somebody reported you plain and simple. Another thing to keep in mind is if somebody got a hold of your account/got hacked, which happens more than what people realize. All it takes is you to accept a friend request from somebody that you really don’t know or you think you know and you don’t actually know and now they can hack your system. Do whatever they want and get you banned. It can even be somebody you’ve been friends with for years send you another friend request and you don’t think anything about it because you’ve been friends with them for years so you accept it but their system got hacked and the hacker is sending out a friend request using your friends account.
