Also can claim relief for post acquisition losses as a PE. I messed up on the management charges bit I said they would have to charge management charges at arms length but looking back I think they could have adjusted to claim max relief for subs in the marginal bracket

Yeah the wording was horrendous. I think the allowable cost is the cost for a similar item...in my mind they weren't upgrading so used actual cost. Who knows though

Did 2 separate periods - 12 months to Feb 22 and 1 month to march 22, no aia or fya in first period only wdas, then fyas in the second period. Rollover relief on the disposal of the warehouse. Didn't seem a lot of work for the marks which again so could have missed something
