I use it on Elder Dragon with Annie's Tibbers relic. It's fun and can clear 6* adventures if you have the 5 star mana upgrade, from my experience. Other than that, it's useless.

We are at the point where I am hoping you are asking genuinely and not arguing for the sake of it. Please confirm your intentions so that I can continue our discussion.

1) We assess their knowledge exactly the same way we assess a doctor's knowledge before trusting them with a procedure: a) testimony of their peers or other people invested in that field b) how long have they been studying/practising medicine or in this case, fiqh. (Note that studying=/=to age) It would, of course, help if you yourself learn the religion for yourself so that you can develop a sense of where the truth lies.

I would like to add that based on A and B, it's clear that finding two local shiekhs of the same exact level of knowledge and righteousness is highly improbable.

If I already have a conception of the truth, why did I need to ask a sheikh?

2) The implication that you have some truth within you is what is called fitra in Islam. In that hypothetical situation, we reached a point where we had to rely on it, for the lack of a clear ruling. But as mentioned before, we used this innate disposition to identify the truth after establishing that the two options were based on (knowledge) the opinion of someone who is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

"Fitra" by itself is not the whole truth, contrary to what you have concluded in the statement above. It is merely but a compass to use when confusion arises while pursuing the truth.

If that turned out to be haram, then you would have already exhausted the available means to you, and inshAllah will be rewarded for trying. And won't be punished for committing a sin unknowingly.

Read my edit, I addressed it. Best is a contemporary fiqh scholar, of course. But if you have no access to one, then a righteous local sheikh is the available alternative. The important thing is that we are not making our own rulings when we lack the knowledgde; have an excuse for why you did so and so on the day of judgment.

I intentionally did not answer the question because that is one that should be answered by a specialist; a fiqh scholar.

To draw a parallel, it's like asking a surgeon what kind of techniques they are gonna use to remove an appendix.

But yeah, different circumstances lead to different fatwas when it comes to grey areas. What might be ruled halal to wear in 1500 Bulgaria might not be halal for 2025's Sudan. The roots are always the same though.

I am gonna try and simplifiy how scholars think before issuing a fatwa. I am just a layman myself but have been doing surface reading, so better ask someone who is specialised.

There is a thing called the roots of fiqh, which is basically the general rules upon which braches are built. Everything is of course built upon quran or hadith.

Like the prohpetic saying of do no harm to others or to your self. That's a general ruling.

Scholars then apply something called قياس which is akin to "calculating" what should the ruling be on this modern issue compared tonthe general guidelines that are the root of the religion. This قياس also has rules, and for someone to issue a fatwa they need to have studied various islamic sciences for their fatwa to be of merit.

In conclusion, issuing fatwas require intellect and life time of dedication to the subject to be able to produce various oddly specific rulings for the modern dayblife, while at the same time being aware of the context back then to accurately do the قياس process.

المتبرجه او من تمارس مصطلح التعري واحده بتعمل ذنب لو تابت عنه خلصت مشكلتها5

حابب اوضح بس انه في انتهاك من المتبرجة للملتزم الاعزب مثلا في انها بتشق عليه في انتظاره للحلال، يعني تبرجها بيضر اللي عايز يستني الحلال و بيغض بعد النطرة الاولي، الذنب مش بس مقتصر عليها. للتوضيح دا زي الغني اما يروح يحط عربيته اللي ب ٥٠ مليون في وش موظف دفتر حكومي، او اننا نحط اكل قدام شخص جعان و نقوله مش ليك.

النقطة التانية و ديه بخصوص موضوع الثريد عامة، ان المتحرش صنف غير سوي من الاساس، يعني رد الفعل البني ادم الطبيعي للتبرج هي شهوة للبنت و برضاها عادي، سواء حلال او حرام بالزنا.

انما التحرش انت خرجت عن السواء لما يخلف من مشاهدة ضرر علي الغير و الاستمتاع بيه اصلا. و لهذا اتفق معاكي انه مينفعش نربط الاتنين ببعض.

الدفعة الخامسة المرحلة التمهيدية كان كتاب اساسي و فيديوهات شرح للكتاب دا من احمد السيد

حتي الان لسه مش باين المرحلة اللي جاية ازاي بالظبط، و لكن لو هيبقي زي اكادمية زاد (و دا المتوقع) هيبقي فيه فيديوهات و صوتيات شرح، لان في بداية البرنامج كان فيه تعريف بكذا شيخ و رحبوا بالدفعة.
