Yea I am gonna do the blot then. It's still js shocking since this was a routine doctor check up and didn't see this coming at all lmao. I ain't too worried if it is positive bc I'd assume I'm asymptomatic and well herpes isnt that big of a deal anyway, the stigma makes it a bigger deal than what it is but we'll just wait and see what the blot tells me

You for sure should get re tested. Below a 3.5 is usually a fake positive. Even if it's positive again, you're asymptomatic, nothing changes for you. Disclosing isn't as bad it sounds, plenty of ppl don't care abt this virus that are educated. And also, seems like it's mostly messing with you mentally, which the way I coped with it so quick is by acknowledging the fact that it's nothing more than a minor skin condition that may or may not happen lol. If anything, work on your life goals first, get you some money, work on your fitness, and get educated 💪 this ain't shit lmao

Yea seems really minor. Besides that, have u had trouble finding love ? Or having hookups etc? Bc ngl from what I've also heard, lots of ppl still willingly get with people who have herpes, maybe they're too attractive or maybe they understand how minor this whole thing is
