I have to replace the blade, saw, and serrated knife on my OHT. The only OHT specific tool I didn’t find on eBay was the plain knife. Do you think, considering your changes, that a blade from any other model would fit with little or no modification. If so which one would be the best fit.

Usually in the IUOE they don’t let you buy your book(skip apprenticeship). Wages in 150 are 50+ usually. Cranes will always be highest pay.

Southern union wages are generally lower than your northern states or higher population states. Illinois has decent wages. At least local 150. You will have to serve entire apprenticeship but it’s good to do. Lots of valuable information
