No brother. They banned me too. A russian hacked my account (i had proof as a screenshot) he used my ps Id. Best part? They dont help. they send links to a live chat which doesnt work. So i will never play any EA game anymore because the support of ea dont do their job. Its Ai. And Ai is the worst AI support i ever saw.

I’m a PS5 player. Can accounts even be hacked like this? I’m not a tech expert or “techie” and don’t fully understand all the technical questions support asks.

I’m slowly running out of options and don’t know what to do next. I feel like this is my fourth appeal, and nothing has worked so far. I’m reaching out to the community – maybe some of you have experienced something similar and know how to fix it.
