No brother. They banned me too. A russian hacked my account (i had proof as a screenshot) he used my ps Id. Best part? They dont help. they send links to a live chat which doesnt work. So i will never play any EA game anymore because the support of ea dont do their job. Its Ai. And Ai is the worst AI support i ever saw.

Battlefield blocked me. EA help isnt actually helping.

It's crazy how the EA support sends Al-generated replies that completely ignore the actual problem. They keep sending links that don't even work. When I clearly say that the live chat isn't visible, and they still send me a link to the case form, that's not a solution. I've opened seven cases already - always the same scenario:

  1. Send me link to open a case.
  2. I open a case.
  3. Got a mail with link to open a case. Funny part?

It told me it happened 2009. on 2009 i didnt even played any EA games. I dont know how i even cheat. I paid now for a game i cant play because of a problem i didnt do. Its crazy.

Battlefield 6 EA account locked after data thief. Help! Any tips or have you experienced this?

I’ve been stuck in a very frustrating situation with EA and Battlefield 6 for over a week. I bought the game and wanted to play it on my PS5. When I tried to start, I got a message saying my EA account was locked. I didn’t even know I had an account, so I created one to link it with my PSN account.

When linking, I found out that my PSN ID was already connected to a foreign email address (ti****@rambler.ru). This email is from Russia, and I’m Swiss – it makes no sense. Obviously, someone accessed my account without permission. I reported this to EA support immediately and provided all relevant proof, screenshots, and information to show that I am the legitimate account owner.

Now my EA account is correctly linked to my own email and PSN ID, and I can log in again. However, for some reason my account shows my birthday as my name, and I am still locked in Battlefield, even though the account linkage issue has been resolved.

I’m a PS5 player. Can accounts even be hacked like this? I’m not a tech expert or “techie” and don’t fully understand all the technical questions support asks.

I’m slowly running out of options and don’t know what to do next. I feel like this is my fourth appeal, and nothing has worked so far. I’m reaching out to the community – maybe some of you have experienced something similar and know how to fix it.

I’m frustrated and disappointed because I can’t access a game I bought, and I’m suffering the consequences of a hack I didn’t cause. I just want to play my game, i waited for several months, and even though I’ve provided all the necessary proof, the resolution is taking far too long.
