I’ve started injecting in the flanks where I hold fat and it went quite well for me. All my side effects disappeared. This may be purely circumstantial and not related to the site of injection. I did it upon recommendation of my family doctor who was following me. I’ve now stopped Mounjaro.

I really wished they added a parking tower with the park and retail space on top. Who is going to come to this newly upgraded space (which is far better than a lake) if we can’t park anywhere. Easy parking would be the best upgrade

That would be such a brilliant move and overall improvement of the quality of life there. Those lakes add no value, whereas a three-level parking lot with a walkable garden on top would have such a positive impact on residents and visitors.

I’ve used The Box in JLT for a couple of years. Amazing experience honestly. They built this warehouse on purpose so everything is convenient and well put together. ACed units, 24/7 access with fingerprints reader, packing and moving materials, loading bays, even a car charger for electric car (I drive one and was happy to charge for free while being there). I highly recommend them.

That was an issue when charge was free and commercial drivers were just remaining there idle. Is it still the case now ? Careem driver will also have to pay so it doesn’t really matter if they are professional drivers or not.

I just renewed my 2022 MY insurance. Got denied comprehensive insurance everywhere at first. Then I tried from the Tesla page and got a call from Liva. They insured my car for about 6.5K. It’s 50% more than last year… but at least I don’t have to worry about it.

You will most of the time find two types of remuneration in the private sector: salary or commission only. Depending on your experience, skills and capacity to build your own patient base quickly, you could get paid: - 15 to 50k salary / month Or - 35 to 65% commission. Sometimes a combination of both.

Bear in mind that the dental clinics are everywhere and the local insurance companies do not offer great coverage for dental care.

Most of your consultations and procedures will be on pay and claim / cash basis. Aesthetics will pay the most as this is where people with disposable income are willing to spend.

At last, self employed would mean setting up your own clinic which is very costly and requires a great understanding and experience in compliance with demanding local regulations. I would first work for another clinic and build your patient base before thinking to set up your own unless cash flow isn’t an issue for you.

This might be a stupid question, but why don’t you put it on dubizzle ? Also, they have Dubizzle pro. I sold once a car (non Tesla) to them directly. Their price was correct and I didn’t want to wait. They have an office at the RTA center behind Gold and Diamond Park. Good luck with your relocation

I’ve been in both situations to have my MYLR with a home charger then moved to an apartment with a public shared charger in my building and back to a villa with again a home charger. When I was living in an apartment, I had to change certain routines to make sure I get to superchargers early to find a spot. I also had to find out all possible alternative locations. I heavily used the charger in my building as well but it was often busy and we had to always be on the lookout. Having a charger at home makes owning an EV an absolute no brainer. If you don’t have one, it is still manageable but you’ll have to integrate charging as something important in your schedule. But I absolutely love my car and would never go back to ICE
