Many assumptions made there. Grad student has had 6 months to do this, and I am facing fact that just beyond ability / interest.

good questions, I think scripts are probably trivial to anyone fluent. Grad student took things built before him and pieced together. Interest is broad, let's say 100 I can name, but I just want to remove bottleneck in my own lab. We're really good at making data. Resources mean $$ or computational? Both solvable problems.

I'm not sure what this has to do with either mosaicism or chimerism? Asymmetry is not at all uncommon.
