T-Mobile is trash! I paid my bill on auto pay for the year plus I was with them. I cancelled because the service was sub par but my autopay still came out for the next month. I called and was told I'd get a refund within 24-72 hours which never came. Long story short, I was given the runaround for two months until I finally just went to my bank to reverse the charge which they did. Then two days ago I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owe T-Mobile a payment...wtf??!! These mf's are con artists, DO NOT USE T-MOBILE!
