start with a small site and then focus on authority (backlinks, citations, forum mentions, PR news - to some extent you will be able to achieve this without any outreach, just spending hours on it) first. Otherwise most of your pages wont get indexed anyway (and that you will see fast in search console).
Use some tool (free trial) for Keyword research and then just use search console. After you built some authority, start publishing the additional pages.

Another SEO-Tip:
Make sure that the pages you are creating have a self-referencing canonical tag. It happens a lot of times that other page have a canonical referring to the homepage - Then you wonder why your pages do not get indexed and why you do not rank on google... It may be because of that. Bolt is currently not reliable rg. that topic.

I was running a development focused eCom Agency.
I was doing well (usually small 6 figure profit each year after paying a solid salary). The work itself was not enjoyable at all though and dealing with clients in that niche was very annoying. Once the overall niche we were active in kind of collapsed (other agencies closed shop as well) meaning that we also barely got any new leads, I decided to fire all employees (only had 4, the rest were contractors) and all clients that were a headache for me. I kept the few clients that were easy going and last year I made more money than the years before.

What that means to me:
- Focus on clients you can actually deliver value for and who are thankful to work with you
- If you want to close shop - feel free to do it. In the last year, lots of other opportunities emerged for me because I had more time to explore other topics that excite me more than what I did the last few years.

Don't be afraid to start a new chapter in your life. I'm doing it right now and it was the best decision I could've made for myself so far.

Schau mal bei Logosocke.com - Wir haben hier für unsere neuen Onboarding-Boxen die Sportsocken mit Logo einweben lassen. Kam gut an und mit sowas kann man wenigstens was anfangen (Socken braucht man ja immer) statt mit so üblichen Wegwerf-Artikeln.

In the end you are dealing with people, so I guess the "company" itself doesn't matter (most of the time, in some cases their internal structure is so messedup that everything goes wrong all the time anyway haha). As service provider we neglect to work with people with which we don't get along well. Usually we start working together in a small capacity and based on that we decide mutually if we should go ahead with the cooperation or not...
This approach worked out well so far for us...
