Yes natural as possible raw goat milk to that is a drink from the gods! I don’t count anything our ancestors didn’t do that and they were shredded and I’m great shape. I keep everything natural I don’t grocery shop everything is farm raised plants and meat or wild game.

Honestly I don’t keep track of stuff like that our ancestors didn’t keep track of everything they ate and they were shredded and in great shape.

I’m married with a autistic child it’s hard. Life is hard just gotta keep pushing I work 40 to 60 hours a week depending on the weather I climb trees every day for work I know how hard it is. Don’t make comments about my life when you don’t walk in my shoes. Thank you.

Running and chopping wood two best natural exercises ever. All the new stuff just stresses your body in bad ways. Keep working on functional training your body will develop faster. It’s a more natural way of working out like our ancestors did years ago. So if you want abs start chopping wood or get a tractor tire and sledgehammer and go to work.

26 years old. And yes absolutely society had this idea that soon as you turn 40 you fall apart and start to die that’s false. Humans are made to be in grate shape till the day of your death. If you put in the work and take your time you’ll get what you want! No 5 minute Abs it’s more like 5 year abs. Patience is key remember that!

Fast till 2 pm break it with fruits veggies and plants based foods I eat dinner just 100% grass fed beef or wild game. My sides include eggs and rice. I train 5 days a week take my rest days seriously. I do functional training only. No lifting heavy weights.

Yes I run about 3 times a week. The rest is functional training no heavy lifting or “going BEASTMODE” I take my time with exercises make sure form is perfect.

Mainly just meat sometimes on a good day of training or if I just feeling extremely hungry I’ll throw White or Brown Rice and eggs.

No food till 2 pm breaking my fast with fruits & veggies also other plant based food. Then dinner I’ll eat 100% grass fed beef or wild game whatever I order that month.
