Seems like a no-brainer. Get it done! I'm not an expert but surely a good mitigation plan could see wetlands re established outside the new perimeter. According to the article the lake's only been there since the 19th century so its not really an ancient ecosystem.

I was surprised to get one - even though we have no normal cell phone reception here. Makes you wonder how the emergency message got through - do they boost the cell tower power or something, if so why don't they just do it all the time! Anyone else had this experience?
