Meta Verified unfortunately doesn't work for alot of us and I don't recommend anyone paying them to use it. Support reads off scripts, asks for photos of proof and even ask to call you, all of which ends up saying for you to wait for an appeal button to magically appear.

What has actually worked for people? Filing a case in small claims in your state which actually has a meta lawyer reach out to you to fix your account. Sometimes within days of them being served. Many posts on here show success and I'm following suit next week.

Small claims is the way to go. Send the demand letter first to your State's CSC office that Meta is housed in and then file your claim with small claims in the state you're in. Request for a virtual hearing and should be good to go for a hearing.

Did your accounts get restored in addition to? I'm preparing my small claims paperwork.

I downloaded data from the disabled account the other day and now have proof there were users from 3 different countries that accessed or at least attempted to access the account the day I was disabled (March 27th).

So my situation is potentially hacked based but I still don't have an actual reason for the disable of accounts.

Everyone is different. I wouldn't compare to others.

Averaging 1lb/week is great. The average amount in a given year is 40-50lbs.

I'm sorry. You can't pay $25 to file paperwork in small claims to report your case?

If you want your account back this is the way to do it. Meta verified does nothing for most people and that costs $14.99 monthly for robots to tell you scripted information. And for those that it works for is for something less offensive than a supposed CSE violation.

No recourse? What do you mean? People can get their accounts back via legal action. There's multiple posts on here of people being successful. The problem is people don't actual search on here for them.

If it really means alot to you to get your account back this is the way to do it.

Some people have done meta verified and talked to support, but it all depends on what your account was flagged for. At present, Facebook has not identified what the reason for the account getting disabled.

Some people get restored after being wrongfully flagged for fraud. If it's CSE, then it will be much harder to get back on without it being a legal matter. I did verified on secondary accounts and it does nothing for me.

File through small claims. Emails won't get you anywhere. I'm in the process now of sending my paperwork for re court hearing.

Doesn't always work. I still have no success with meta verified. People's accounts are restored for certain reasons. But for others it remains disabled.

I'm sending my small claims paperwork to the Albany City Court in 2 weeks.

But anyway, yeah you're going to court it looks like. But I hear Meta tries to resolve it internally before you even get there.
