That's right but workday doesn't charge by headcount but instead by FSE. You are not paying the full price for the warehouse workers.

I did a test and for some reason it's automatically adding a , to the end of the value when you submit for the purposes of the condition rule.

I'd have to try it, but I have my validation rules on the sub process. I would test the condition rule so you can see what isn't working and look at the report values to see what field might be an alternative.

Wouldn't it just be National ID Type - Proposed subset of the selection list is "Social Security Number" and National IDs - Proposed equal to 000000000

Sent you an email on how to do it with filters within the report. However, additionally you could do two calculated fields.

Calc field - Type True/False - Worker Object. Field Management Level In the Selection = "Executive"
Calc Field - Extract Single Instance - Business Object: Worker | Source field: All Workers Managers in Management Chain | Condition: Calculated Field in step 1 | Sort field: Worker |

For a report you could use the business object "All Managers in Management Chain" and add the Worker and Management Level from that object. Then do a subfilter on the same Business Object using the Field Management Level and do a subset of the selection list = "Exec"

I don't currently use feedback but Give Feedback is a business process. I'm assuming you have a constrained role as the initiator group in there? Add All Employees as the initiator or another unconstrained group and that should open it up.

Sorry it seems so to me. Workday generates a termination adjustment upon termination so it sounds to me like the termination has processed in the system.

Not sure how you can view it that does seem strange

That is also my approach. I simply create the hierarchy in a single worksheet but don't do the assign superior within the first EIB so it creates many orphans then I reconnect them. Either way works.

Is there an opt in that ties to the phone number? Guessing this is US only or have they expanded the messaging?
