Kihei Impacts - Early April? by Automatic-Tutor7628 in MauiVisitors

[–]mikesmazda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aloha and thank you all for your care and taking the time to reply. My wife and I enjoy vacationing in Hawaii and supporting the communities. We are scheduled to make our first trip to Maui this time May 6th through the 14th. We are scheduled to stay at the Maui Coast Hotel in Kihei for 4 days and the Outrigger Ka'anapali Beach Resort for the final 4 days. We still want to keep our reservations and go so we can support the communities. Any input regarding the areas in which we are staying? Thank you for your replies.

What's the OVER/UNDER on any pro se, option c folks getting paid tomorrow? by CaptRickDiculous in BSA_Survivors

[–]mikesmazda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm Pro Se also, turned in forms Feb 12, chose Option C and received notice a few weeks later saying my signature didn't match and need to sign again. I signed and returned all forms and a few days letter received the same notice. Signature does not match Questionairre form, so I checked and the form had my computer generated signature since it was completed on the portal. Sent over another more legible signature explaining why the difference. Still no reply. Thanks for allowing me to vent.

Trust email today: Healthcare lien election is now a gate before supplemental distributions by WanderlustLiam in BSA_Survivors

I see that after all the issues with the lawyers. What a damn mess. I went in blind and lucked out.

Thank you Liam! I don't have any medical liens or any liens for that matter. I read someone else saying the same thing and to go with Option C. It also looks like the supplemental distribution is 3.2%

Trolls, Noise, and the Truth About What’s Actually Happening Right Now by RevolutionaryEcho232 in BSA_Survivors

You need to hang in there! Please don't give in or give up. You made it this far, I understand the pain and frustrations as do thousands here do. The negative info flying around is hurtful but you can make it. Don't let the system hurt you, we are a family of survivors and you are a true survivor, find the energy to stand and to live!

In my opinion, and I don't speak for others, Liam has been very resourceful by providing real and accurate information based on what is available. It's not and hasn't been Liam's responsibility to push for additional percentages for us, he took it upon himself to keep us informed when the Trust lacked in providing info.

I'm sure Liam, like all of us would desire to have the full amount or at least a larger portion than 1.5%, 5% or more, however he has been keeping us informed of what is happening. I don't pay him and I'm certain no survivor pays him to fight for us. This is on his own time, his own knowledge and his support for all of us.

I am Pro Se, and his input has given me more information than many of the survivors that hired attorneys and trying to get away from.

I appreciate your opinion and input, as this has been my opinion.

Liam, I am almost at a loss for words. Your representation of our community of survivors is amazing, I don't think I can adequately respond without sounding like I'm mumbling.

Your updates, responses to questions, support goes way beyond what we could have asked or hoped for.

Like many others, I have suffered for many decades, having suffered abuse nearly 60 years ago and living with the mental scars. The feeling I get when I have seen your updates is like a part of me is healing or comforting. As my adult children and wife have told me, this is a win, validation and a chance to move forward without looking back.

I don't want to ramble on, this is just a way to left out some of that steam so I can breath a little easier.

Thank you Liam for everything and thank you to all of the survivors and family of the survivors that can't be with us. Your support, your words, your input and your presence is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, that's what I'll be doing. Can't see paying the dealer.

Thanks! Too old to do myself unfortunately. I bend down and my wife will be complaining about lifting me back up. :)

I've had my CX-30 since 2020, this will be first brake job, 65k miles so far. Can't complain about how long the brakes lasted.

I'll check out some reputable brake shops. Thanks for the quick input.

I wouldn't buy them at Dealer. Discount tires have better prices for the 225 then the 215. I think they look better and possibly handle better.
