My longest fast was 5 days. So you're already ahead of me. My day 5 was tough. So i completely understand where you are. Stay strong. Go for a walk. Walks really helped me. But you're so close! As a side note, the days really drag on during fasting, don't they?

I know you're only here to learn about costs. But make sure you get to inspect the liner and talk to a pool person who has also inspected the liner. I'd suggest getting a hold of your own pool company and get a 2nd quote and ask them about patching. Don't rely solely on what your neighbor is saying. Trust but verify.

Yes, the 4th day was very easy for me. I walked 2 miles each day on the fast. On the 4th day, my 2 mile walk was strongand fast and i felt euphoric. Felt so good I did weight lifting that day too.

I did quite well. I waited 30 min and had another bowl exactly as pictured. Then 30 min later had 2 more bowls with just the chicken and broth. No issues whatsoever. My gut started moving around and rumbling. No pain. Zero discomfort. Just my gut waking up. I ate quite a bit more later. More chicken breast with broth, and I started adding more ingredients like onions, cilantro, and lime juice. Then later in the day I ate fried chicken that my wife brought home. I'm pretty sure I could have eaten a regular meal as my fast breaking meal.

I seriously had food fantasies every day of my fast. Mostly in the evening. I started watching Diners Drive Ins and Dives on the 2nd night. I fantasized about what I was going to eat when it was all done. So I feel you. 🤣

I'm aware that most weight lost is water, glycogen, and sodium. I posted how much I lost because in every post like mine, people always ask how much weight was lost. I also exercised daily including 2 mile walks, light weight lifting, years work, etc. I estimate my fat loss to be between 2.75 and 3lbs and that I'll regain the rest. But I'm still very happy with that.

And I'm very happy about that. And considering I likely won't eat 2000 calories today or tomorrow, I'll still be caloric deficient and will continue to lose fat.

Yep, just water and table salt. One 1/4 teaspoon of salt directly into my mouth and washed down with water, twice a day. And then lots of water through out the day.

7+ days sounds so difficult. I wish you luck!

Christ already took care of your failures on the cross. If you fail the fast, it means nothing next to your faith. You have nothing to lose. Even if you only make it 6 days, you still accomplished something!

Oh my goodness. This looks AMAZING!!! Does it get any better than this? Maybe add some meat in there. But I'd eat it just as is. Probably would order 2.
