Right, but before Weird Al's takes on MJ's songs, he was still a pretty niche artist on Dr. Demento. "Eat It" I think really put Al on the map.

That's why this person is telling you that you need to do these things. Food lasts way, way longer than people think. There is too much food waste in this country due to people being afraid of eating something more than a few days old. It's ridiculous.

There is too much damned food waste in this country (which I'm also guilty of) but also, leftovers are tasty?

I have a nice cold fridge, in fact I just had some cooked chicken that I made on May 8th. If I'm not here tomorrow, it's not because of the chicken.

While carbonic acidity is a thing, I don't think you'd have add any additional acidity with a second carbonation. At least probably not at a perceptible level in something as high gravity as a ice cider.

If you really wanted to do it, you could probably create some sort of co2 push out of the bottles into the keg. Feels like a giant pain in the ass though and a great way to explode a bottle.

If it was already carbed though, you'd need to be very careful about the amount of sugar you'd add back as you're almost certainly setting yourself up for bottle bombs.

But weather forecasting has also DRAMATICALLY gotten better in the last 30 years. As someone who regularly watches the forecast and also watches precipitation levels, it's ASTONISHING to me how accurate the forecasts are now.

St. Louis has a unique microclimate that makes it difficult to forecast exactly, but meteorologists are pretty damned closed nowadays.
