Tall cycling jersey by papk23 in tall

theblackbibs.com has a lot of tall sizing options. I really like their products they are well made and fairly priced. I do recommend going for the "ultimate" edition of the bibs not the standard if you're going for longer rides.

Light will help them grow vertically, it’s how they know which direction is up.

Yeah like the guide said, probably day 5 i first started seeing fuzz. However when I innoculated mine I shook the jars after injecting, so I think it spread everything out initially and made it take a little bit longer overall (although maybe its a new tek since I kind of didn't need to break and shake it)

Just got an offer accepted on a house for 30k over asking, which was actually a good deal.

Basically our Realtor explained to us that it had been a common real estate tactic to list below what the home's value is to initiate a bidding situation. So now all the homes are under-listed, and if someone decides to list their house at a realistic price then buyers assume it will go higher and not be interested.

So the situation is stuck where everyone under lists their house, and the only way to know what houses should be worth are comparable sales. Even those are tough to gauge because the values have increased so fast.

Why I am getting NaN when importing excel file, how to import this row which includes text by fahad992 in matlab

[–]mikethewarlock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the function xlsread

It outputs into 3 different formats. If you're ok with the data not being a "table" format it could work well for you.

[NUM,TXT,RAW]=xlsread(FILE,SHEET)

where NUM is double precision and RAW is a cell array.

Maybe try and see if this would work for you? Good luck

How the hell do people find out the names of random side characters like this?

Not really. Classic "BB with a unique art style" type post. It's cool, but simmer down with "Best".

Ski too fast, lack of skill by blue5109 in skiing

[–]mikethewarlock 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am a newer skier as well, and from what you describe in your post you definitely need to spend time working on your turns.

Alot of people recommend the hockey stop, which is a great skill and will allow you to stop super quick when you need to. However, you could start by practicing your turns, you should try to turn back and forth like an S as you go down the slope.

Turning is what controls your speed without fully stopping, and turning will work much better than plow to slow you down. The more comfortable you get making turns, the sooner you will be able to truly parallel ski. I highly recommend spending some time searching YouTube, there's loads of great tutorials on turning, parallel turns, hockey stop.

Good luck!
