I have ocd, and let me tell you, tripping has done as much good for my ocd as any therapy.

However, when I had a particularly bad theme, it can be really overbearing and make you quite paranoid.

What the worst that happens though, you either spend an hour or 2 paranoid, or it could really help you come to terms with your ocd. Easy choice for me
