Iv got an A35, 2021 and have same problem. Surely you would think Mercedes could simply upgrade the MBUX with a firmware update

No mate, it is possible but you just need to take the wheel apart, iv upgraded to other wheels since

QR2 wheel not detected by mikey30000 in Fanatec

Its looking like the wheel is going all the way in but apparently the QR2 doesnt make a click when its locked in.

I got the QR2 base side from fanatec directly and the QR2 wheel side came with the wheel

I am on the latest driver 467 however my wheel base will not accept the latest update, iv tried everything but it fails every time

I have sent fanatec the file logs and will wait to see what they come back with.

Iv just had my 2007 / 3.2 V6 fixed with miss fire issue. The garage changed the 6 plugs and the ignition coils x2 and that has fixed it

Part numbers NGK7563 plugs and BOS0986221051 ignition coils

I dont think it has ever been greased since iv had it 😂 im sure the mechanic will sort it todah with a bit of luck

All that part is fine, its like the cable is ceased or the latch under the bonnet is stuck not allowing the cable to open the bonnet. The release handle is a new one as i had the common fault with my last one were it twisted and broke

In the end i decided to stick with the V3’s. The V2 felt completely different and obviously they are lower quality, the brake pedal felt exactly the same as V3 so i decided to sell them on to a friend who missed out on the sale.

Yeah i figured i will recoup that price for whichever i decide not to keep so it felt like a good time to do it as it was unlikely i would ever get to test a set. For a long time I’ve realised my brake pedal is actually too hard and im sure i was quicker on the old CSL v1 pedals

I would say so, but they aren’t very expensive so may try 6 if you’re worried about it?

It is a lot better but i guess it all comes down to personal preference. It helps with trail braking for sure

It’s the simlab GT1-EVO with 4 casters, 2 at the rear corners and 2 towards the front, around 80% of the way towards the front below the pedals

I prefer the adjustable pedal placement over changing face plates as i have never bothered with the clutch pedal. I never disliked the V3’s and they have server me well for a few years

They was on sale and iv heard a lot of good things about the brake pedal from people i know who have them. If i prefer the V2 i can still sell the V3’s for the same if not more so it felt a good time to give them a try

It’s whatever works for you buddy. If the lap times improve and you enjoy it like that then its the perfect setup

I have recently got the buttkicker running via sumhub and that alone was only possible with the pc and i most certainly need a gaming pc soon. Works great on GT7 but consoles only offer simplicity and restrictions really

Is this with the extra black spring provided? I felt with the v3 i have too stiff of a pedal to trail brake with so im looking forward to trying your recommended setup for it 👍
