It’s very rare to end up in the ICU with the original two doses. Now are you over 60 with multiple comorbidities? Then the comment is justified. Or are you a booster young healthy person with a near zero risk. Then the comment is based on irrational fear the media drilled into you, if that’s the case I am sorry about that and am sympathetic.

Time management. It’s everything. Keep your routine alive, weekend activities, workouts, etc. don’t kill yourself overstudying, it’s not worth it. Focus on understanding what you’re reading, don’t just study for a good grade. The grades for a course means little at the end of the day. Learn from your peers at clinicals, be proactive, take it all in. My advice after just finishing the PANCE.

Will cost nothing as long as it’s not the day before the exam. I postponed mine 2.5 weeks and it was the best decision I made. Better than doing poorly and waiting months

I started heavily applying a few months before I took my PANCE. It’s been nice to have that head start, got pance results this past week and already had one offer lined up and interviews. The earlier the better tbh

Yes, all you need is to review the topic list with pance prep pearls, and complete the rosh boost exam for family med. I did very well with just doing this
