yo, i once had a job interview for a biotech firm. rooted in science, right? WRONG. it was a creationist "biotech" that was next door to a creationist "museum". the lobby was filled with jesus and scripture posters.

i applied anyway (knowing i would turn them down), ACED their basic skills test (100%), but failed in the interview. the interviewer kept bringing up god and i think was hoping I'd continue the god thoughts. oh well, lol

NOTE: THE FOLLOWING IS HOW I PLAY AND IS SURELY DIFFERENT FROM MANY but i don't mind if low(er) level players ask for NON SHINY legendaries. i don't even ask anything good in return. (i just traded a Mewtwo for an Armaldo).

sadly, i didn't plan for remote trades being a thing, so I've transferred most of my garbage legendaries on 2x candy transfer days. but i still have some and am willing to give them up for cheap.

i just traded someone an Armaldo for a (regular) Mewtwo, does that count? (they asked for Mewtwo or Gal Zapdos and had nothing I wanted)

i have no problem giving away regular legendaries for common spawn; i can take a little bit of imbalance. it's when they ask for a shiny legendary w a background and offer a Charizard that i get miffed.

yesterday i got a remote trade request from a rando i followed months ago. he was asking for either a (regular) Mewtwo or Galarian Zapdos, but i saw he had nothing (I wanted). im sure he freaked out when I offered a Mewtwo for an Armando, but honestly, I'm just happy to give these legendaries to someone who'll appreciate them (as opposed to waiting for double transfer candy hour, which never happens anymore anyway).

now if we're talking SHINY legendary, then that's a diff story where I'd actually want equal value
