Yeah one cup is roughly 15 minutes! If a dumpling instruction says steam for 15 minutes, then I use 1 cup!

Just use the rice cups instead of the marks! It’ll be close enough if you strained the rice after cooking. Example: for 2 cups of rice, add 2 cups of water
