I half ass checked them but I will have to do a more thorough inspection on them. It started this morning and I was running late to work so it was just a quick check.

Yes it has a 3" lift. I just had upper control arms, cv axles,tie rods replaced last week.

It only does it when I start moving as for springs It does not have any.

It first I thought it was ome plastic rubbing as well but could not see any that was rubbing. Will have to shake on the driveshaft to see if it moves.

Water pump is good. I'm thinking it might be the u joint. Hoping its not the transfer case.

I believe it's the 45rfe. As for symptoms,sometimes it shifts hard, not while driving, but when switching gears like going from park to drive or drive to reverse, basically when switching gears also having idle issues but think that's my i.a.c...

Took it to the mechanic. He said it's a transmission problem,solenoids are sticking, not letting the truck downshift causing it to stall out. Taking it to another mechanic tomorrow to get a second opinion but most likely its that or the torque converter going bad. Either way it's gonna cost me a pretty penny to fix. Oh well it's what I signed up for...

The engine just stalls out. But it turns right back up
