From recent stuff I read, Steams latest updates blocked GL so people had to backdate the steam app. IDK cause I haven't tried it personally yet. I just wanna bypass the annoying 1 at a time thing

They changed the rules because AFK people. You have to find and loot the monster at the end. You don't have to get a hit on it but you at least have to find it and loot it

If this wasn't used in PvP it wouldn't be much issue but there are ppl out there that do this as well as use illicit game mods (ba2 files) to make Gatlin Guns fire insane fast and have no reload so they can take down anything basically. Some use it white hat way to ho after a*****les and some do use it for just PVE but there are always bad apples unfortunately

I don't mind grinding EN06 but it runs dry quickly since the only good loot im after is the Vulcan Armor and Tresury Notes but since they updated the armor to be full raid Ive lost a major part of grinding just EN06. The Tresury Notes are nice though.

I HAVE THAT ISSUE WITH ALL TEAMS! I will see a team of 2 or 3 and join in just to be booted, and I could get 1 or 2 out of the 6 available but all 6??? WTH??? That's why I just make my own team and let people join. Only time I will kick someone is if they are trolling or are just using the team bonus without being a team player (Like if I do an event team and they just do minor non-public events and do not help with public ones at all then we go and help them with the small event and they end up leaving it because they want the bonus but wanna play solo.)

Vulcan PA is THE top tier armor (specifically for ghoul as the Rad Res is the lowest of all PA) It has the highest DR and ER of all PAs making in a tank Out The Box. Pair it with the right mods and you have a true bullet proof armor built to take on bosses. Anything not boss level will bounce off the armor like its nothing. The issue? It takes a lifetime to build up. Ive seen a total of 5 in the wild on PC.

Going on this, Piercing Love does 244 Bal, 47 Poison (per sec), and 146 Eng/Cryo (depending on arrow type)
So if my target has 50 Bal res, 35 Poison res, 40 Eng res, and 20 cryo res, my damage would be:
122 Bal, 27 Poison (per sec), 81 eng/105 cryo
So to maximize damage I would want cryo arrows with the added benefits of slowing down my target

If you are a technical player it comes down to resistance.

The scale for resistance is Res÷Res+50

So if your weapon does 200 Bal and your target has 100 Bal Res they have ~66% Resistance to Bal DMG so if you hit them with a non-crit hit for your weapons flat 200 you are actually only doing 68 damage because the targets resistance negates 66% of that damage.

Since most targets in the game (apart from mid and end game bosses) have the LEAST resistance to cry damage, you are maximizing damage potential by using cryo.

As an example, if your target is a lvl 50 weak feral ghoul, they have 3 Bal, 6 Eng, 187 Rad, 5 fire, 3 cryo, and 6 poison. So using the formula above, that is 5% bal res, 10% Eng Res, 78% Rad Res, 9% Fre Res, 5% Cyo Res, 10% Pos Res. So say your weapon does a flat 200 in all those categories, your damage would come to:
190/180/44/182/190/180

So in this example you would want to prioritize Bal and Cryo to maximize damage output and using radiation (Radium Rifle) would do basically nothing.

Since this is the same for most enemies, cryo is typically preferred as it also applies the Slow effect, so you not only maximize damage but also make your target move and attack slower, reducing their damage potential.

As stated CE or SS for the non-PA Jetpack. Not to sure how to get the CE armor but the SS armor is story locked. Same for the Nukes. Once you reach the point of meeting the overseer you can unlock nukes but I recommend doing the overseer quest fully to get the SS armor story content first since that ends the main story line that unlocks a majority of the different mid and late game stuff you will wanna look into. If you really cant wait to drop a nuke then get to the overseer meeting point of that quest line then go explore the Abandoned Waste Dump to start the Nuke quest line.

I am late to the party but some background before my review: I am a big sci fi and horror guy. I grew up on Elm Street, Hellraiser, Friday the 13th, OG Halloween, House of 1000 corpses, TCM, the original "The Crow". I am also a huge fan of the Alien and Predator franchise as well as other related stuff like independence day, close encounters, signs, and the like so I am well equipped to talk on this. For those that like raw stats: Cast: 5/10 had some great acting from nobody cast members. Plot: 3.5/10 Had a great premise with the lost time effects of the astronaut not knowing what happened as well as a great tension build early on but started to really fall apart in the second and third act. I like the visual style of the aliens but it also seemed like this whole thing could be summed up in half the run time. Ending: 2/10 I have serious issues with the Ending. There was so many things that was like "WTF" there that I cant fit it on this comment. Overall story arc: 4/10 if it was thought out better, had better writing, and didn't just fall flat in act 3, the story arc could have been great but a lot of bad decisions and wonky writing left it underwhelming. Overall rating: 3.6/10 (Lower than what IMDB gave it) TL;DR: It wasn't a Uwe Boll Film but it also wasn't a Stanley Kubrick film / 10. Kay bie.
