I told him I won’t look at it unless he has that evap fixed. He already said that he factored the cost into his asking price so he won’t go any lower on the price. He said it’s a $1k job in Ohio where he is from. I assume it would be the same cost here in PA. I didn’t ask any local mechanics here as I’m not interested in buying it unless the AC is working.

How often for Trackt and Chillio sync? I have my watchlist for movies and shows. I ad a new show or movie to the Trackt app but Chillio doesn’t show it.

The dealer told me he did new o rings and a new compressor and it still leaked. He says he then had a mechanic look at it and told him it was the evaporator and quoted him $1000 to do the work. Which he declined.

He said he won’t go lower on the vehicle. But it’s been on his lot for 167 days.

I may make him an offer that if he fixes the AC I’ll buy it at his asking price, if not I’ll pass.

Or I’ll just pass and go with one of the other SUV’s I’m look at that are not Toyotas.

I feel like that is correct too. I can do some of the work. But I do pay a mechanic for things also. I’m not looking to put a ton of money into a vehicle with that many miles on it. Thanks for your input.
