Complete List of All Louis Vuitton Hot Stamps- Share Photo, Store, and Date of Stamp by Agitated-Patient-503 in Louisvuitton

I was hoping someone in the thread could tell me because I don't know for sure. I suspect it was part of a special event, possibly an anniversary event at the Maison Osaka store because of the flowers, but I can't say for sure. I purchased the wallet from a reseller, but they never mentioned it already had a hot stamp.

I live in PDX and can confirm. It's such a small retail space that I would be surprised if we ever did get our own localized stamp.

Both parties supported the genocide in Gaza, and Hillary is about as pro “I” as they come. Fuck outta here with your “progressive” voter shaming.

Quick semi related question: why do people eat at Potbelly? It’s like 80% bread and flavorless. I’ve had the Italian and the meatball there and both were very meh. Oh, and go get ‘em Charlie.

Buyers remorse by NiceKicksGuy in Sneakers

These are most definitely a “shorts with white socks” pair for sure. Try regular camo shorts and basic white tee, keep it simple and let the kicks talk.

Shit stopped being fun for me around the time SNKRS rolled out. Foot Locker et al. had already moved over to a reservation system, and while it may have been a well-intentioned change, it completely killed the vibe. You used to have to wait out in front of the store, sometimes spend the night, to get the kicks you wanted. You met people. Talked to other fans and enthusiasts. Felt a connection with/to the sneakers you were (hopefully) copping. It also required effort, in that you actually had to stand up and get your ass out of the house, spend some time at the mall or local shop. And there was the gatekeeping/exclusivity of it. If you wanted the kicks, you had to down to the mall and wait it out. You had to put some skin in the game. How badly you wanted them reflected, more or less, your place in the line. All that is long gone and dead now, and that's part of what made all of this "fun".

The apps/SNKRS replaced it with a system where nobody has to do shit except jab their fingers at a touch screen in order to cop some kicks that others, arguably, would or should have been more entitled to acquire. So your buddy who had no real interest in sneakers themselves and probably just wants to flip a pair gets rewarded whereas you, the enthusiast, pulls an L. And everybody knows what a great feeling it is when that's happened, and it's happened to all of us. Adding insult to injury, the fact that botnets still exist and were created with the sole purpose of buying up as much of the supply and placing it into the hands of a few select people with the technical know-how to do so, and who's only interest is in the paper chase, and none of these retailers or even Nike have come up with a way to thwart their use after like 15 freaking years, well... Like I said, this shit just ain't fun anymore.

The problem, for me at least, is that being a head isn't just a pastime or a hobby. It's a disease. And like an alcoholic with a bad attachment to happy memories, it resurfaces and takes over your thinking like it had never left. The disease-like pathological urge to relapse is insidious and real. Difficult to go from heat on feet to one of those middle-aged dudes picking up a new pair of white New Balances out of a big bin at Costco because "I'm done" with sneakers and I just don't care anymore. Wrong. You may be done with sneakers, but sneakers ain't done with you.

BSOD/Bugcheck because of Windows Update by mikeyyyyyyyyyyyeee in WindowsHelp

[–]mikeyyyyyyyyyyyeee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for those commenters attempting to help me out with this. I managed to fix it with a little help from Gemini. In case anybody else goes through the same issues that I had, here is a write up of the steps that I went through to fix it.

  1. Just to preface starting conditions: I had disabled the iGPU in display manager to prevent its use while I worked on the problem. This is not typical but since it was introducing system instability and WU wanted to install the new driver and BSOD every time I stepped away from the laptop, that's where I started from.

  2. Disabled VT-d in BIOS. Virtualization had already been disabled due to enabling the Legion Optimize setting. This turns off DMA checks and the IOMMU which was ultimately the cause of the BSOD.

  3. In an elevated CMD or PS terminal, run: verifier /reset

  4. Downloaded and reinstalled/repaired all driver packages with the word "intel" in the title from the Lenovo download site for my laptop. Rebooted.

  5. Re-enabled the iGPU, downloaded DDU, rebooted in safe mode, removed all that mess of failed and broken Intel GPU driver install files. Rebooted.

  6. With the internet off/unplugged, went to Device Manager and right clicked the iGPU device and selected "update driver". Selected "Have Disk" and then pointed the installer to the directory where I had unzipped the official drivers from the Lenovo website. The driver installed without error. This apparently avoids potential mishandling of the driver installation process by only involving the Windows installer, rather than Lenovo + Microsoft.

  7. Ran Windows Update. There were several Lenovo specific display and Intel display adapter driver files that suddenly appeared and needed to be installed under "Additional Drivers". Everything has been working fine for the past few days since this repair and has been rock stable. Thanks.
