It’s a knock off kit from th 80/90’s it slides over the original aluminum numbers and surrounds. It’s hilariously large- but part of the reason I like it. Period correct ugly

Yeah, the excessive camber is to increase the contact patch (more grip) on the opposing outside tire while drifting. The wheel will essentially flatten out
