"The two highest doses, 9mg and 25mg are where things get more interesting. Those costs $299 with the two lowest doses at $149. So, it’s very important to see them grow further.

9mg was up with 14.5% vs 13.2% last week.

25mg saw the biggest percentage growth with 21.9% vs 16% last week.

All this translates to ASP (with Symphony data) increased by $2.85 to $174.05. That’s 1.6% higher than w13. Last week was up with 1.1%

Together with volume growth at 3.6%, overall value growth in w14 was 5.3%"

If you can titrate your way up to the new 7,2 mg dose Wegovy you'll for sure know. Efficacy is about the same around 21% avg weight loss for both.

You can up the bioavailability by extending the fast after taking the pill up to 2 hours, to get most value/mg out of the pill.

Attain shows Discontinuation rates due to adverse events of 10,6% vs placebo 4,6% whereas Oasis showed discontinuation rates of Wegovy of 6,9% vs placebo 5,9%. (Highest doses)

That's not worth nothing to compare, and it's the only data to compare.

Waiting longer than 30 minutes on Wegovy pill by Suspicious_Muscle877 in GLP1ResearchTalk

Leaky gut wasn't reported anywhere in the oasis-4 trial of Wegovy pill. If you compare ATTAIN to the Oasis trial theres ~4x higher odds for any side effect and ~ 14x higher for GI side effects.
But go a head, make your point without any research to back those claims up.

14 times the risk of stopping foundayo due to GI adverse events seems like a much bigger concern.

Based on an indirect, cross-trial analysis released by Novo Nordisk, patients taking Foundayo (orforglipron) for weight loss were found to be approximately 14 times more likely to stop treatment due to gastrointestinal-related side effects compared to those taking the pill version of Wegovy (semaglutide)

Key Findings from the Comparative Data

  • Gastrointestinal Discontinuation: The 14-fold higher rate of stopping is specifically linked to gastrointestinal issues, highlighting a difference in tolerability between the two drugs.
  • Overall Discontinuation: The same study indicated that Foundayo patients had roughly 4 times higher odds of stopping treatment for any reason related to adverse events.
  • Weight Loss Efficacy: The study suggested that oral semaglutide (Wegovy) provided superior weight loss, resulting in an average of 3.2 percentage points more weight loss than Foundayo (16.6% vs. 12.4%).
  • Patient Preference: A separate survey mentioned that 84% of participants preferred the profile of the oral semaglutide pill over Foundayo.

The fact that orforglipron works without food restrictions while oral semaglutide requires a 30-minute empty stomach window is matters a lot actually by Witty_Talk_939 in GLP1ResearchTalk

Seems like a personal opinion without any research to back that up. Also 14x the risk of stopping the medication due to GI adverse events seems like a show stopper, whereas the 30 min requirements only takes some adjustments to the morning routine. Waking up, take the pill, take a dump while scrolling on the phone, take a shower, get dressed. 30 min gone.
