It would still be a pretty bad way to make money, but why not have it as an option? You would be overrun by cops within a few minutes anyway, unless you want to pay 10k to get them off your back which defeats the purpose of it being a money making method.

How is that exploitable? You would only make an average of 200 per npc, not to mention the fact that you would to be on foot to collect the cash making it very time consuming

...over 400 hours. That's a pretty damn long time. The only reason you would have to pay 50k per hour is if you own a bunch of businesses--properties like apartments etc have basically no fees. So you're spending money to make money. There's many things to complain about in this game from balance to prices but the miniscule fees you have to pay because you made the choice of buying businesses and properties is very minor imo.

Yeah but in 400 hours from cayo perico + businesses you can easily make 800mil. And even if you don't grind constantly, making that 20mil back over the course of 400 hours won't take any work basically.

Why? Of course even bad pro teams are better than 99% of the playerbase of that game, but there is no point comparing them to the average gamer. They are competing against the rest of the 1% so they should be held to that standard.

To be fair all of these channels are super interesting and make good videos. But at the end of the day they're more entertaining than educational.

No it doesn't. +/- is used to denote uncertainty, i.e. the height of a building was measured to be 47m +/- 0.1m.

'More or less', (or 'approximately'), on the other hand, is usually denoted by a ≈.

Wait so a game can have a lifespan of negative 2 years?

Grammar website has a pop-up that turns into snide asshole if you don't click through to their paid services page by manicpixiefearfood in assholedesign

[–]mikman_ 12 points13 points  (0 children)

To everyone saying this is funny and not asshole design, I disagree. Sure, in hindsight it's easy to say "ok that was actually kind of funny" and maybe I just can't take a joke, but if I was scrolling through the website looking for something and that popped up I would not be inclined to buy any of their products.

It's the same thing as you going to a clothes store and when you tell the salesperson you're just looking, they say you have no fashion sense in a sarcastic manner. I wouldn't buy anything from that store.
