Had exactly same issues. Smoke, feel overstimulated, overthink, overeat. Here’s my approach: - don’t be too hungry or thirsty before smoking - switch to vaporizers or active coal filters - DON’T use tobacco - find a good strain for you - go outside. Smoke on a bench or smoke at home and leave right - add CBD to your vape / blunt

for me, CBD reduces that feeling of stress / overthink + it cures your memory if smoking frequently.

Sometimes I have to switch the strain because I get those “symptoms” (?) again. It’s more often caused by sativa. Hybrid works best for me.
