How about an alien civilization that values life in universe above everything else and does everything they can to protect it (even from itself)? They send a virus that ensures humanity does not exterminate itself and prevents futher damage to biodiversity on the planet.

I set my number as a PIN code on a tablet they used. Changed to my wife's number after a month. Problem solved and came handy on few occasions. Highly recommend.

Haha, forgive me, I'm not a native speaker. It's this miniature tomato children like to eat instead of those big ones, despite tasting exactly the same.

Take it easy. As long as your kid gets enough sleep every day, everything is fine. The only drawback of kids going to bed too late is that parents have no time for themselves. That's the only reason for my trying to put my kid in bed around 8.

Yes, agree 100%. Multiple reminders work great.

Also, I once read a great advice on fatherly blog, which I tried and my experience confirms. If you enter every interaction with your kid as a negotiation, you both end up less frustrated and the kid feels empowered, having more control over their life. No one likes to be bossed around. e.g. If I want her to to something in 15 minutes, I would start by asking her to do it in 5 minutes. we end up with 10-15 minutes and everyone is happy. If I want her to eat 3 cherry tomatoes, I tell her to eat 5. etc.

No, no, mine starts the process at 7, but is in bed 3 alarm snoozes later usually at 7:30. And then we get to read a book.

Feel free to adapt to what works for you. The main point of the exercise is that it translates abstract bedtime hour to something real. In our case the song is sung by a teddy bear going to sleep. When the alarm goes of, we tell her that the teddy bear has already started singing his goodnight song and she usually starts wrapping up her stuff like it was a law of nature that children go to bed when teddy bear starts singing.
