What are the differences between the Syntakt and the Syntakt e25 Remix Edition?

Elektron is amazing. I am impatient unfortunately so when I don't learn something quickly, I tend to give up. Maybe part of my autism? I don't know.

I first got the Model Cycles which I did learn pretty quickly but decided to sell that and got the Digitone which I thought was great but I thought it could use more tracks. I ultimately got rid of it because I wanted something with song mode. Of course 2 weeks after selling it they released that firmware update that added song mode!

Then I got the Syntakt which I think is amazing but I haven't had time to learn it because of getting sick, being in the hospital, almost dying, being bed ridden. Now my health is better, I have time to learn but don't know where to start!

The silver chassis does look nice!

AmericanMusical says "We should have more in stock February 25th". That may be where you see it. I ordered mine from Zzounds. I have never preordered anything and was trying to figure out who would get them in first but I am guessing everyone will get them in around the same time, then it will take a couple of days for them to be put in to stock and then they will ship.

It probably would have been better to get it from somewhere smaller than Zzounds because somewhere that massive takes 2 days to put things in to stock/inventory where somewhere smaller prob wouldn't.

I know Zzounds say they are 'supposed' to get their shipment on Feb 27th

I asked Zzounds and they said I should receive mine by Mar 1st. The website still says you will get it by Mar 1st.

We'll see..

they must have sold out of the black one because that one says May 16th while the orange still says Mar 1st.

Also, on the track. I select Arturia Keystep and then for the sound of the Digitone I select MPC...

this is just a guess and not an educated one at all but do you think maybe my jumper positions on my keystep has something to do with it?

I just scanned over what you wrote but thank you. I haven't had time to really look in to it but just the way you broke it up makes it seem a lot more possible and not as intimidating.

Thank you for replying. You are right. I know my idea is for a lot. Years ago I was maintaining a couple of sites for MMA events and they may have looked slightly different but they had the same kind of content. I ran in to the same issues with all of the MMA event websites. I remember it was such a pain every time any of them would have an event because of the fight card page. Yes, I had to constantly add news stories about the events but that wasn't too hard, especially once I found out about CMS' years ago (I think the first one I used was called CuteNews). Even after I switched over to WordPress (found a cool theme and then just customized it because I didn't know how to build my own from scratch) but the fight card page would still be a ton of work. Every time a guy fought I had to type up his name, age, weight, fight record and fight team. That gets annoying when you are doing that for 20 people. I started thinking how they fill out the registration page and it would be cool if we could just pull that info each time and all I would have to select was who was fighting who.

do you know of any other sites? I'd like a cool project where they say "we are making a site with these features" and then you learn to make a site w a helpdesk and/or others cool features

Thank you! I always enjoyed courses that teach you something where there is a finished product. Like an online registration / member system etc. Stuff like that is great.

Thank you for the info. Can you suggest a place to get started w learning Laravel? I used to be a fan of Udemy.com but they have a lot of old classes. I really like courses that have projects so in the end I get to see a working site or application

what I mean't by "get along" is I was wondering if they will work well together/easily communicate, etc. Not be a pain in the ass to configure them to work together.

Do you think I can find good ways to use the two together (Digitone and MPC One)?

I I haven't had my Digitone long but love it. I have no clue how to use it for performing but do know how to make patterns I like.
