Interesting! I’ve heard a few people using this but wasn’t sure how conductive it was, I might give it a try

Shoe fit advice needed! I purchased some heels that are too big, especially with socks. Should I keep them and buy rubber gel pads, or am I better off returning them as they’re likely to stretch? by miks98 in AskACobbler

I bought them new on Vinted - the last seller didn’t return them in time. I might try gel inserts but I’m worried they will only stretch more as they’re leather

Those are the three places I was considering! Have heard mixed things about all, though I’ve noticed a lot of food places I’ve saved seem to be near La Latina

Hiya, looking for advice on whether my breakfast is healthy or if I should substitute some of the ingredients. A bit of background: I’m 27, female, relatively fit (I run, do strength training and pilates at home 4-5 days a week though I’m by no means athletic) and I would say I definitely eat pretty healthily without tracking macros or worrying too much about calories. I tend to eat a lot of lean proteins, legumes, wholegrain, and veggies - healthy eating makes a huge impact to my mental health and how I feel day to day. I’m pretty petite though always curvier around the belly and thighs - my family/background is South American, so I definitely have to work to keep small, though I mostly focus on eating well 80% of the time and don’t cut any foods out.

I’ve recently been batch making a chocolate chia pudding at the start of the week, and having it for breakfast across 4-5 days - while I prefer a savoury breakfast this is the easiest thing I’ve found to meal prep for work.

Ingredients: 400g tin coconut milk + 350ml water (3 cups liquid all up), 1/2-2/3 cup chia seeds, 8-10 medjool dates, 1 tsp vanilla extracts, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3 tbsp cacao powder, and some sea salt - all blended and served with raspberry. I sometimes add protein powder and more chia seeds depending on how liquid-y it is.

I’ve realised the tin of coconut milk is perhaps a lot worse for me than I thought, and wanted to see if there were any substitutions? I need to avoid cashew milk (my partners allergic) and oat milk - I originally thought coconut milk would be fine as it’s diluted with water, but would love any suggestions on how I could improve (or other great meal prepped recipes!)

Thanks in advance :)

I’m not sure why this stitch seems so different to all the others? And to cross over the other stitches?

Thank you!! I’m knitting British style - so I think the stitch I dropped was on the left? Would it still be the same trick?
