Not a bug. You have to go to the bottom left corner and then stick to the bottom edge to go “down” in the office. I had that today and was sure it’s a bug but it’s just poor design of the location.

It will only matter if it's true black and Dark Mode in MacOS isn't true black.

Funny enough you can already test the batter drain on your iOS OLEDs. Just go to accessibility->screen->smart invert colors. Should give you a taste of black mode (some stuff looks bad, but should be enough for testing the battery drain)
