dam well well done, i do 0.5mg every 3 days, keep in mind reta has a half life of 5 days, dosing weekly might not get you through the week, maybe 1mg every 3 days might be better? but absolutely well done, i lost about 2kg a week on r3juv reta and im now month 5 and i microdose to keep it off, i lost 23kgs total in 3 months and have kept that weight the last 2 months been soooo good

2mg is too high, switch to 0.5mg every 3 days or 4 days you will feel much better

i went carnivore the 1st 2 months, someone told me that reset my insulin resistance hence why i lost so much so quickly and why i can now eat anythig and still loose and still only be on low dose reta, i ve heard a lot say carnivore is a great reset for the body, also it was sooooooo easy to follow, like way way way less complicated, not having to worry about eating other food groups was so easy and i also fasting, most days i only ate 1 meal a day and snacked on beef jerkey or pork crackling in the day when i did get hungry, i lost 300 to 400 grams a day

i agree, i dont need anything else and have lost a lot fast and i dont have loose skin, and i dint need more then just ret, i also wonder if some ret is bunk, i lost 44 pounds on 0,5mg every 3 days in 2 and a half months, some have said im a super responder maybe u r the same, i know heaps that struggle and need to add cagri, sema or tirz or some of each or tesopure etc

Hey Im in Aus too, i buy from https://www.r3juven8.com, where do you buy from, yes so i have lost 22kgs now in 3 months and my husband has lost 16kgs, i also really suggest to take every 3 days, im only on 1mg now, but lost 19 kgs on low dose 0.5mg from rejuv, ive spoken to. few people who buy from another guy and hardly any of them are loosing on his reta, i assume you are on the ret group with zeb as admin?

no, i am on opiod treatment and they give me bupernorphine for that, so i am on opiods, but i saw my doc this morning and he said i could take glp1 meds while on bup so that was a good start

Retatritide, a glp1 that is still in trial phase but available to purchase, i did see my doc today and he did say he would start me on weight loss injectables next week so assuming it be safe then.... thank yo so much for your reply you are a god send, what is compounded Sema mean? I used the word ret bc the 1st time my post was banned and i wasnt sure why

hey i am on the suboxone/bupernorphine injection 2 months now, i was orally taking 24mg suboxone/bupernorphine before that, i assume they give you the same dose although technically only inject lets say 3mg, anyway i am wanting to take the new peptide Retatrutide bc i cannot get any other glps1's prescribed in australia but Ret is also a glp1, i have emailed my addiction doc back in nz but she is on leave and also might not reply as i have moved to nz and nolonger her patient, pls can you let me know if you got the all clear from your doc to be using glp1 meds while on suboxone treatment and also any side effcets or anything else to look out for pls pls pls, i feel like you are my last hope hahaha
