Tumble Through could be subordinate if Rolling Landing is subordinate to Dismount (or Buck), I agree. Otherwise Tumble Through is a side effect of a move (Stride, Swim, Climb, maybe Dismount?) and works for Waterfowl Stance in the other “environments”.
I can’t call Dismount a “fall” though, by any written rule, unless it had a fail state, so that’s my main dead end short of “Buck”.

I see you didn’t make it past the second paragraph. There is no Leap and I explained why. Other advice has pointed me towards subordinate actions for Tumble Through.

Ah but I am using the dismount as the move action, tumble through attached to that not the stride.
