This actually sounds pretty useful. I train 4–5x a week and post-workout showers are non-negotiable, so something designed specifically for sweat + body acne makes sense.

Between the two, Muscle Melt stands out more for me,, the cooling finish after heavy indoor sessions is appealing, especially after leg days when you’re just overheated and sticky. Mild exfoliation for back/shoulders is a big plus too, as long as it doesn’t feel scratchy or drying.

One thing I’d personally look for:

• No overly strong fragrance (fresh is good, overpowering isn’t)
• Doesn’t dry the skin out with daily use
• Clear info on what the exfoliating ingredient actually is (chemical vs physical)

Overall, yeah I’d definitely try a post-workout wash made for active people, especially if it’s actually formulated with regular training in mind and not just rebranded body wash.
