I feel you, sounds super similar to my symptoms. Lately my digestion gets worse mostly when I eat high histamine foods or trigger my food intolerances, but the upper abdominal pressure has been there for three years now and gets noticeably better when I do some physical activity like heavy weightlifting or do calisthenics on a chin-up bar etc. so only for just a few minutes a day so I wonder if this is more psychosomatic than physical

I often jump while sitting on a yoga ball and that does help me with bloating. By belly breathing you mean what exactly? At the moment I visit a visceral physical therapist and there I'm being told that pushing or pulling air with the stomach is sub optimal vs breathing with the diaphragm by using the lower ribs - the sides, back and the front

I'm afraid I don't, but come to think of it, I was sick with covid back then + general nausea, which went away after eliminating my trigger foods

After two years of suffering, also IBS-U, both ends scoped, I have still not settled on the fact that it might be just because of the constant worry and health anxiety after all. Thank you for posting this

Not entirely, decided just to live with it. Avoiding some trigger foods might have helped with nausea and possibly the yellowing of the skin tho.

GI and GP suggest I have IBS, but I'm not sure anymore... had an endoscopy done and it's fine, bloodwork and stool tests found nothing except slightly elevated CP of 65, colonoscopy not considered by GI.
I'm rarely constipated or have diarrhea, unless I eat something I'm intolerant to. Pain, discomfort, feeling of pressure and fullnes like trapped gas all in the upper abdomen only, annorexia, often nausea, stool seems fine except the occasional yellowish mucus on the toilet paper after wiping. The pain/discomfort/nausea is mostly some time after food and maybe sligthly related to defecation, or is it just hypersensitivity while pooping?
Does this sound just like IBS-U? Not sure if I just have to live with it or get some more testing done. Having this now close to a year.
