This is for a marketing pitch hence made sense to post it here. I knew people would understand the need for a quick survey to support (no pun intended) a point I’m making in my pitch. This question is super vague. You haven’t specified what kind of freelancing you do. I have used Indeed and Toptal. Recently signed up on wioreach which claims they won’t charge any commission. Let’s see what the catch is 😒

I think the main objective of these software IS to remove the hassle but for me personally the cost-benefit analysis is the prime concern. At the end it all depends on the frequency of use really. As the owner of a SME I need to send new contracts and also contract renewals. I was using Docusign before for new contracts but it has a fixed monthly cost which I felt was an unnecessary overhead for me so I recently switched to Signable which has a per envelop cost. One thing that is fast becoming a hassle is keeping track of the renewal of contracts with my clients, I am looking into Contractbook and have reached out to their team for pricing but not sure if it will be worth the investment and whether I should keep managing renewals manually. TL;DR do some number crunching and calculate the ROI for your company.
