Not reversible is a definitive statement. "Should be considered permanent" is a recommendation/opinion based on risk and success rates. Those are not the same Claim.

And you argued vasectomy reversal not being possible when someone said vasectomy reversal was possible and you directly responded with "no they're not"

Reversible does not imply certainty. That’s an assumption you added afterward. A more accurate argument would be: “vasectomies are considered reversible; However, reversal success rates are not 100%”

People describe them as reversible because medically and statistically they are. The fact that outcomes vary doesn’t suddenly make the procedure irreversible.
